Details:
Outdoor Pursuits First Aid 16 hours is IOL accredited. From April to September this course is delivered outside in the surrounding grounds of Sutton Hoo, Suffolk.
This course meets the requirements laid down by many outdoor pursuits National Governing bodies, as it covers primary and secondary care, and is adapted to the outdoor environment where the emergency services may be harder to access.
It is ideal for Duke of Edinburgh Supervisors, Scouts, Guides and organisations or individuals dealing with groups in the outdoors. This course is delivered by an experienced World Expedition leader, Search & Rescue manager with over 20 years of experience.
The course is interactive, please wear appropriate clothing. Lunch is not provided but please bring plenty of water. The course will finish with an assessment, please bring an internet capable device.
