I was nervous about my ability to retain the information and act appropriately in a crisis situation, but Ruth has given me the confidence to know that I will be able to deliver first aid and that anyone can do it with the right training.

Excellent teacher. I have done many first aid courses before, yet Ruth taught me things I have never heard before and I learnt a lot of new interesting and good to know information. Would highly recommend as she is a lovely lady, she knows her stuff, and the class was fun as well as informative.

I liked the fact Ruth is a nurse as she can relate a lot of what we discussed to cases that have happened in real life and it makes it more interesting to learn about different things when you know what has happened before.

Ruth was wonderful. A great course delivered the right pace with lots of practical examples to help put the theory into context. Would recommend this course to anyone wishing to better their knowledge of first aid!
