This qualification is recognised by UCAS, which means you can claim 8 tariff points for successfully completing this training and that will contribute to your UCAS application if you are applying for a course with one of Britain’s universities from September 2023.
TQUK Level 3 Award in Paediatric First Aid (RQF) Blended Part 2 for those who have completed the online part.
This option is a part 2 of the full 12 hour paediatric qualification. To complete this part 2 course, you must make sure you have completed the online 6 hour part 1 option first, then book and complete this part 2. If you have not done so already, you will need to find your nearest instructor using www.procourses.co.uk. Please note, this may incur an additional fee directly with the instructor (buying the online part 1 and then paying for the classroom part 2).
This online Paediatric first aid course is our popular part 1 of the full 12 hour Paediatric First Aid Level 3 (VTQ) qualification. ProTrainings were the first to launch blended Paediatric First Aid training courses in 2009 and since then it has become the best blending training option available. Taking half your Paediatric First Aid course online saves you a day in the classroom and you gain the same qualification certificate at the end. You can start now and we have a network of over 1500 instructors across the UK to complete your practical day. Call us for more information.
This course offers an excellent alternative for those who are simply unable to spare the time to attend 2 days in a classroom only course. When you have successfully completed both the online and classroom modules, you will be issued a ProTrainings wall certificate and a classroom certificate.
Our blended paediatric course complies with the requirements of registering as a childminder or working in a childcare setting with EYFS, CSSIW and SureStart. ProTrainings Paediatric courses are accepted across the UK and our Paediatric courses meet the latest learning outcomes laid down by the Awarding Organisations.
All our first aid courses fully meet the UK and European Resuscitation Council Guidelines 2021 as per the HSE requirements. ProTrainings Vocational Training Qualifications (VTQ) are fully recognised by the HSE as Trade Body Qualifications.
Please note that learners undertaking a ProTrainings Trainings Course have the option to choose to take a regulated qualification.
Please be advised that the classroom course has a minimum age requirement of 14.
