I recently completed Green boxes first aid course, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to be prepared in emergency situations. The course was incredibly well-structured, covering essential topics like CPR, wound care, and how to handle fractures or choking incidents. Paul was professional, knowledgeable, and approachable, taking the time to ensure that everyone felt confident in their abilities.
What I appreciated most was the hands-on approach. We practiced on dummies, which helped build muscle memory, and received real-time feedback from Paul. He also provided clear explanations of why each step is important, which made the learning process much more engaging.
Another highlight was how the course was tailored to real-life scenarios, giving us the confidence to act quickly and effectively in emergencies. By the end, I felt well-prepared to handle a variety of situations, and I think everyone would benefit from having these skills.
If you want a practical, in-depth first aid course with expert guidance, this is the one to take. It’s not only informative but could genuinely help save lives.

Highly recommend. I had previously done St John’s ambulance training and found this a much better training course not quite sure why in this moment.. I feel I learnt in a way I will recall easily , some how it was all simplified.
