Nikki was a great instructor. She was friendly and approachable. Explained things in a clear way that the students could understand and gave reasons why we do what we do in first aid.
She made everybody feel at ease right from the start which helped settle the class down.

Emma was excellent, her presentation skills were clear and concise. She took time to get details from us all at the beginning and where relevant and appropriate drew people in in relation to those. She encouraged to think things through more and the practical skills were well monitored and encouraging.
