Heather explained everything very clearly, asked lots of questions to make sure we were engaged and understood. A wide range of potential scenarios and injuries were discussed, with treatments and actions explained.

i have some instuctors over the years but Heather is probably the best and Mission training site is a very good location with friendly staffs.I will recomend them to people.

I recently completed an emergency first aid at work course with Heather as my instructor, and I can confidently say that she did an exceptional job. Throughout the course, Heather was attentive, knowledgeable, and supportive. She created a comfortable learning environment that encouraged people to ask questions and try new things.
Heather's teaching style was engaging and practical, and she made sure that all participants felt confident in their skills by providing helpful feedback and guidance. Her approach to teaching was not only informative but also fun and enjoyable, making the course a positive experience.

Heather conducted our course with confidence and professionalism, it can be challenging on a zoom call but she managed us all very efficiently and I learned a lot from the course. I had doubts over zoom would be effective but I don't think it hindered in any way. Many thanks Heather :)
