This instructor knows everything there is to know about first aid, with experience to back it up. She explained all the subjects very well and answered every question in an easy to understand way. She was very personable and put everyone at ease. She made the learning process easy.

Frances led our Emergency First Aid at Work course and we would highly recommend. The training was educational and Frances was very patient throughout the whole day answering questions and discussing real experiences. The team found it enjoyable and afterwards agreed they would be happy to continue as first aiders and to do the course again when the time came.
