Gain the confidence to act swiftly and effectively in emergency situations.
Our Basic Life Support include essential First Aid techniques such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), how to place someone in the recovery position and how to assist choking victims.
This is a hands-on, interactive certified course that covers adult, child and infant content.
Courses are taught by an NHS nurse with extensive professional and real-world experience.

Just did a first aid playgroup course, and I highly recommend it! The instructor was super friendly, and the hands-on practice (like CPR on child mannequins) was so helpful. They covered everything you’d need to know without it feeling overwhelming. If you’ve got little ones, it’s a no-brainer—totally worth it!

Marta is a fantastic instructor and made the course really easy to follow. The instructions were very clear and the role play really helped to understand how quickly to act and what pressure to use for CPR/backblows etc. - thank you Marta!
