The online part of the course was delivered well and in detail, and all the information was clear. There was also an option to contact Emily if we had any questions, which I found very useful. The in-person part was also clear and lots of feedback was provided, and Emily had lots of useful equipment. I really enjoyed this course and I definitely feel confident in my ability to provide first aid.

Everything was presented clearly. Course was comprehensive. Opportunity to ask anything. Useful group size. I have done this course previously with same instructor and plan to again in the future for further updates / renewal of safeguarding.

Julia was engaging and you could tell had real life experience of what she was talking about, she was really easy to chat to, allowing discussion and questions. I am from mainly a health background but found it really interesting and useful having input from colleagues from different areas.
