Mr Williams is professional, informative and friendly. A pleasure to work with and learn from. He was patient and clear and concise with his instructions. Always ready to answer questions, no matter how silly, and always available to advise and guide when needed during practical parts of the session. A pleasure to work with. I feel I learned more due to his training style.
