One of the best ever first aid courses I have ever been too. The instructor took her time to make sure our techniques were on point and explained any questions we had with patience and indepth knowledge. I certainly will come back for my renewal course!

Amelia was a great instructor. She was very thorough and gave helpful feedback on technique etc. The course was small so felt comfortable, not only from a COVID point of view, but also for the personal level of the course.

Amelia is an excellent instructor, so informative without it being overwhelming. I learned a great deal and felt instantly at ease. The atmosphere was easy going, welcoming & friendly. All my fears of first aid were alleviated and I will definitely be continuing with any first aid courses with Amelia.

Amelia is an absolutely amazing instructor who loves helping and delivering the course. Her preparation is so complete, she has incorporated COVID in it like she had dealt with it for decades. I cannot recommend her enough!

Our instructor Amelia was brilliant. As well as first class training and classroom management, she made the exercises we ran appear lifelike and urgent, boosting our confidence. She also did a great job demystifying all the jargon and being really clear about what's important in the first aid. Finally, as a small but growing company keen to do things right, Amelia was generous with her observations about how we were providing first aid cover now, and is obviously an expert in the area.

I took the EFAW course last week and thoroughly enjoyed taking part in it. I enjoyed the mix of both the practical and theory elements. There is a lot of really useful content in this course and it was organised in a way that we could easily understand the information provided. Our instructor Amelia Grant was fantastic. She was enthusiastic and we could see that she enjoyed teaching the First Aid. She made me see the importance of having First Aid skills. It was really good because I was able to feel comfortable asking questions in the group and Amelia took the time to go over things again when needed and provided the group with a good environment in which to learn. I would recommend taking this course with Amelia.
