Emma was an outstanding first aid instructor—knowledgeable, engaging, and incredibly professional. Unbelievably, during our course, she had to handle a real-life emergency when a learner had a seizure. Watching her in action was truly impressive; she remained calm, took control of the situation effortlessly, and provided expert care. It was a perfect example of why first aid training is so important. If you’re looking for an instructor who truly knows her stuff and can handle anything, Emma is the one!
