Andy is a great instructor, enthusiastic & passionate about his subject. He paces the course well, ensuring that all parts of the subject are covered to a good degree and is more than happy to elaborate when asked too. He has time for all of his students and encourages anyone to add any personal experiences during each subject. He always has time to answer questions and will happily stay after each daily session to talk to any student who has additional questions or concerns on any part of the course. He also makes it clear that he is available outside of the course to discuss any situation a student may find themselves in. Andy comes over as not just a great instructor but also a friend and someone you can call on if you really need reassurance and advice on First Aid matters .I have been a First Aider for many years now and for me Andy's First Aid courses are the best I have attended.

Andy was so warm and welcoming straight from arrival. Very friendly and happy to answer any questions anybody had. I'm very happy I chose Andy to do my Canine First Aid training with and will definitely return when I need to renew. Amazing instructor. He makes everyone feel at ease and confident in what they are doing. Delivers the subject in an informative and interesting manner with lots of practicals to be hands on. Would recommend Andy to anyone who may feel nervous about doing first aid or just for general top ups and starting out learning about first aid.
