Il not lie, I was dreading the course but Lucy was absolutely brilliant. She taught us in a very friendly down to earth manner, although myself and others taking the course were from different locations and didn't know each other Lucy's way of teaching really brought us together, I wasn't afraid to ask questions due to embarrassment of getting things wrong as there was such a nice friendly atmosphere in the room and Lucy was fully informative without talking down to you, almost like a friend teaching you. I thoroughly enjoyed the course and did not once feel bored like I thought I would. I would 100% recommend Lucy to anyone. Thank you for a fun and informative session Lucy which left me feeling confident that I could make a difference if faced with an emergency.

Lucy Page is an excellent trainer, patient and calm. Explained things in more details when I felt unsure. Nothing seemed to much for her. I was so nervous but Lucy soon put pay to that with her attentive attitude. Highly recommended Lucy as a trainer and lucizaid as a company.

Lucy is a really skilful teacher. Lucy has a great command of the classroom. She clearly has a lot of energy and vast knowledge in both first aid and medicine.
I would definitely recommend the course.
