Great class with Alan, sharing his years of experience professionally and with a great sense of humour. Highly informative and fun with hands-on training for many aspects of first aid. Gives you peace of mind, knowing that you'll know what to do in various medical situations, from being able to give aid to minor injuries or possibly being able to save someone's life.
