You will receive an official ProTrainings wall certificate and wallet card through the post AFTER your course.  Your instructor will mark you as passed on our system. Then we post the certificate to the instructor, who posts it to you. If you need a PDF version, you can enter your student number on the validate certificate link on the bottom of all our online sites to be able to download it, you can print it from your dashboard by logging in and clicking the "options" link next to your course, or you can contact us and we will send you one.  If you do not receive your official certificate, please email or call us so we can sort this for you.  All classroom courses will receive a professional certificate and wallet card like below in the post:
