Emma makes the course fun and handles the more emotive elements of the learning in a sensitive manner. First Aid is such an important topic and one that Emma obviously feels strongly about, but she teaches it in such a relaxed, engaging way, that time flies by and the learning is not difficult. She engages with the students, drawing out their knowledge and experience, ensuring each feels valued and respected and creating a safe space where all are welcome.
I would wholeheartedly recommend this instructor.
