I felt at the end that I had really learned something. We were taken through the exercises several times before being assessed. The day was really full on and l would definitely recommend this course if you really want to learn something (that might save a life!). I hadn't had to do a multiple choice test before, but it added to the training, and I passed. The instructor was friendly and encouraging and we were kept busy all the time.

Very clear and helpful course

Loved this course! As a career changer setting up my own company I loved how easy it was to attend this course and I came knowing very little and left feeling super confident to deliver as a First Aider but also with what may come at me any time as a parent and if out and about too. Sofia had the perfect facilitation style knew her stuff but made what could be a long dying light and enjoyable. Id look forward to my refresher here again and great you get the tools included for reminders in between. Thankyou!
