Thoroughly enjoyed the course and despite it being my third time training with Mike it was still extremely interesting. Having completed a first aid at work course with another instructor some time ago, this was a completely different experience in the most positive way. I cannot thank Mike enough for his great teaching ability, patience, understanding and sensitivity, and just generally being a great guy. He gave us all the confidence to feel we could actually help in a real life scenario. I would highly recommend this course, not just for the work place, but to give you the peace of mind to know how to handle any issues that may arise at work, home, or just in day to day life

This was my first opportunity to receive First Aid training among my colleagues who were updating their certificates and I thoroughly enjoyed it! Mike was very attentive to us and the sessions were very engaging. He was able to give examples when certain training could be applied from his own experience which made it even more interesting. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Mike was very good at explaining first aid in different situations and would answer any questions I had. Mike is very passionate about this subject and makes the course interesting rather than just a tick box exercise.
