Thank you for an engaging first aid training session Mark! DRAB is what we learned, but the course was anything but drab, so thank you for making it interesting and memorable.

Mark is a great instructor. As a working paramedic, he was not only able to add detail that really brought the course to life, but also provide genuine examples of times that he had used the different techniques we were learning. This depth of experience also meant that he was able to answer pretty much any question we put to him with a real world example.

Mark is a great tutor. He was patient and went through things clearly, explaining and demonstrating. He was sensitive to the group, our fears and sensitivities & made us feel safe and reassured.
