Demonstrated CPR and defibrillator procedures slowly and clearly
If ever a time of emergency
I will feel a lot more confident if these techniques are needed as the instructor explained in detail every step

I would definitely recommend Teesside First Aid (Graeme Smith). The training I received was helpful and informative. Graeme explained everything until my understanding was clear and I was confident with my skills. I will definitely be using Teesside First Aid in the future.

Very friendly, knowledgeable instructor. Regular training in First Aid from Graeme has left me feeling more confident I could be effective in the event of an emergency. This has also proven to be the case in the work place when I was able to respond to an emergency as part of a team in an effective way.

Fantastic course aimed at the right level with very good interaction between students. Great knowledge which was displayed throughout the course. The instructor was able to answer all questions ask not only displaying his personal view but including on the job experience.
Perfect work the work place. Came equipped with some great gear and every thing required was provided.

Graeme was polite, professional and very accommodating. The course was simple to digest and he drew on real life scenarios/experiences to help answer any questions. First aid is a tricky subject as its not meant to be 'fun' however Graeme's approach helped me to remain focused and even enjoy the course 😊 thank you!
