The course was very interesting and informative. The instructor answered all our questions and we practised practical elements, such as bandaging and CPR. A potentially very useful course.

When asking questions to not be dismissive, and answer the questions or say you will find out and report back. Questions are an important part of the learning process and helps to reinforce information. Also to make the course more practical so getting us to practise more than just CPR as using hands helps people learn better as first aid is very practical and need to learn how to actually do it and not just be shown
