Steve is very competent in his knowledge and is willing to go over the sections you are not sure off. He constantly checks your knowledge which in turn enables you to clarify and understand. I have taken the first Aid course twice with Steve and hopefully when the renewal is up I will contact him again.

Steve Chard explains things in a clear manner. Any questions are answered in a sensible manner and without judgement. He has a relaxed yet very informative style which makes learning enjoyable. He is an excellent tutor.

Steve was helpful and professional through from discussing the coursebefxre booking, when booking and through out the course. the directions to a rural location sent in advance were accurate and easy to understand. I would recommend him as a trainer and would certainly book with him again should the need arise.

This is my second Paediatric First Aid with Steve, This time my Daughter came alone to up date hers and the rest of the Family will be doing theirs next year to keep up to date for our childminding business. So much easier doing the blended course will definitely be recommending to my colleagues.
